appointment on 03 years Contract basis will be made initially for six (06)
months extendable up to 03 years or till the arrival of the employee appointed
regularly whichever is earlier.

Interested candidates, who fulfill the required
criteria, may submit application forms (available on the University website, www.uetmardan.edu.pk), along with attested photocopies of educational
testimonials (i.e. Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), Experience
Certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph and original fee deposit
receipt as mentioned above in the office of Registrar, UET Mardan within
fifteen (15) days from date of advertisement. Applicants for posts at Sr. No 1
and 2 are required to submit at least 04 copies of research articles, they have
published in HEC Recognized Journals for appointment/Promotion.
Apply Instructions:
- Applications, duly filled in all
respect, along-with application fee (non-refundable) of
Rs.5000/- for S. No. 1-2, Rs. 3000/- for S. No.3-4, & Rs.2000/-
for S. No. 5-7 must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber,
(throughout Pakistan) in the University Account titled “Miscellaneous
fund UETM” Branch Code.0179, Account No.00908-00-1.
- Only those qualifications,
experiences and publications, etc. will be considered if a
documentary proof is attached up to the last date of submission
of application.
- Contact number, Postal, and Email
address must be written clearly on the application form. Any change in
contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar's office. The
nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom right
corner of the envelope.
- In-service candidates should apply
through the proper channel. They must also submit a No Objection
Certificate from their concerned departments/organizations along with
their application forms.
- Original documents along with CNIC
and domicile must be produced at the time of test/interview.
- The candidates applying for more
than one post are required to submit separate applications along with the
original bank receipt for each post.
- In case any educational document or
any other document provided by the applicant is found incorrect/fake at
any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
- The engagement will be governed by
the terms and conditions mentioned in the letter of appointment.
