University of Swat invites applications for its Women Campus to vide University of Swat Jobs 2022 from
professional, dynamic, and career-oriented Pakistani citizens for the following
Faculty and Administrative positions purely on Fixed Pay basis, for the project
period, project titled “Establishment of Women-Campus of University of Swat”
initially for one year extendable based on satisfactory performance. The

How to apply online:
The form can be downloaded from the
University’s website i.e. http://www.uswat.edu.pk. Application on the prescribed
form, complete in all respects, along with attested copies (by a gazetted
Officer) testimonials’ experience certificates, and three recent passport-size photographs shall reach to Meetings Section, University of Swat, on or before August 17, 2022. Furthermore, (for the post of
Professor and Associate Professor) Four (04) sets of Publications are also
required to be sent with the application form.
Instruction to Apply:
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Original documents and relevant experience certificates etc shall have to be produced at the time of the test/interview.
- Only Female candidates are eligible to apply for faculty positions while, for the Support Staff positions both Male and Female candidates can apply, however, preference will be given to female qualified candidates.
- Application processing fee (non-refundable) as per the following details may be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd Branch of Pakistan in Account No. 790/357503, Branch Code. 0221. The original Bank slip/receipt should be attached with the form. (Money Orders will not be accepted)
- For the Post of Professor and Associate Professor besides the required application process fee of Rs.2000/- an amount of Rs.4500/- will also be deposited by the candidates for evaluation of research and publication purposes.
- For the Posts of Assistant Professor and Lecturer candidates must deposit an application process fee of Rs.2000 only.
- Applicants applying for the support staff position may deposit an amount of Rs.500/- as an application process fee.
- Telephone/mobile numbers and email addresses must be provided along with a mailing address for quick correspondence.
- Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations/ institutions must apply through the proper channels with NOC, otherwise their application forms will be rejected.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
- The process will be completed as per the rules of University of Swat in vogue.
- The University will not be responsible for non-receipt/delay of call letters for tests/interviews and the matter should be settled with the concerned service providers (post office or courier).
- Maximum Age limit for the stated positions is 45 years.
- Candidates should regularly check University of Swat website (www.uswat.edu.pk) and their emails for any information/process.
- The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any or all of them.
- Errors/omissions (if any) will be rectified by the University as per rules.
Important Note:
- Appointments in BPS-02 to BPS-05 shall be made from persons living within the territorial jurisdiction of the University of Swat (District Swat and Shangla) as per provision of Section-4 read with Section 11(5)(f) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 Amended up to date.
- Less than 3.00 CGPA or Grade-C will be considered as 2" division, wherever CGPA is not given in the semester system, less than 70% marks will be considered as 2nd division.
- Candidates having foreign degrees/certificates must provide equivalency certificates from HEC/PEC/IBCC Islamabad.
