Trainee Executive

Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent from Institute recognized by HEC and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Maximum Age = 30 years

Trainee Executive

CA/ACA/ACMA/ACCA from a recognized Institute in Pakistan or abroad.

Terms and Conditions for OGRA Jobs KPK:

The incumbent should be CA Qualified (05 years experience)/ICMA (05 years experience) /MBA (Finance)/M.Com or related field from HEC recognized University with a minimum 10-year of experience in relevant fields relating to the development of funding mechanism of projects preferably related to developing of projects on PPP mode, due diligence of related financial implications & assurance, financial/cost analysis of projects including IRR, BCR, NPV, cash flow, etc. 

Communication Specialist

 

A Master's degree/Graduate with completion of 16 years’ education from an accredited Pakistani or International university, preferable in communication/social sciences or any related field with 10 years experience in relevant field.

Specialist in value communication and can foment cooperation between various parties and having skills to be inquisitive and able to effectively solve problems, with a minimum of 10-years’ relevant experience. 

Business Development

Specialist

 

Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred or related field from HEC recognized University with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience. Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry. Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion. Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients. Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior. Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships. Competency in negotiating and closing business deals. Ability to advise on possible joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Director

Engineering

 

The incumbent should be at least a graduate in Civil Engineering from NES recognized University.

Additional qualification of Master's in Project Management would be given preference.

Civil Engineer with 8 years min. relevant experience. The incumbent should have specific experience of working in a similar position on relevant projects/Educational institutes.

Knowledge of HEC and universities frameworks and KPPRA and FIDIC guidelines for contracts management would be an added advantage.

Urban/Town Planner  

 

 

BSc. City & Regional Planning or B.Sc. Civil Engineering or Geo-informatics; or architecture; or B.Sc. Environmental Engineering/Sciences or related field from HEC recognized University. Preference will be given to higher education in the above Disciplines. Membership of any Recognized Professional Certification will be preferred.

Minimum 8 Years of experience in Urban Sector Physical Planning & Development.

An experience in developing Analytical Maps and Urban Design graphical material using computer-aided design tools, i.e., AutoCAD and GIS software. Proficient in presentations and writing skills.

IT Manager

Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science/IT or BS in Computer Science/IT/Electrical Engineering (Communication) or related field from HEC recognized University.

6 years of working experience in networking and web Development.

Accounts/Finance Officer

First division M.Com /M.B. A (with specialization in Finance). Degree(s) shall be from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan-recognized Pakistan-recognized Universities/Institutes.

03-Years’ experience in accounts in a University or Government Department or an Autonomous Organization as Superintendent of Accounts.

Admin Officer

 

Master's degree (16 years of education) in Development Studies/administration/Higher Education/ Engineering/ Public Policy/ or related field from HEC recognized University.

At least 03 years of relevant experience in university / developmental sector/government organization is required. Experience with higher education in institutions is preferred. 

Civil    Engineer

The candidate should be at least B.E in civil from Recognized University. Knowledge of PEC frameworks and recording of measurements in MB is essential Civil Engineer with 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Assistant

At least 2nd division bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized University. 

Junior Clerk

Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd division from a recognized Board, and a speed of 30 words per minute in typing.

Security Guard

 

Matriculate In at least 2nd division OH literate with OS year’s relevant experience.

Preference will be given to Ex-Army personal personnel.

Drivers

SSC with a valid LTV/HTV license and having 02-years’ experience of driving heavy transport OR Literate with a valid LTV/HTV license and having 10 years experience of driving transport.

Literate, preferably up to Matric.

Experience in a similar field. Working experience with International NGO will be preferred nail

Naib Qasid

Matriculate in at least 2nd division OR literate with 05 years of relevant experience.
