Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan has published the latest advertisement in 2022. Applications are invited from competent candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including newly merged areas) for appointments on regular basis against the vacant posts in the PEDO Head Office Peshawar and different Power Houses under Pakhtunkhwa Energy & Development Organization (PEDO). The detail of vacant posts and instructions regarding an online application by ETEA is as under.

INSTRUCTION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Applicants are advised to read and understand the following instructions carefully before applying online on www.etea.edu.pk and later on (after Qualifying Etea Test) filing the “PEDO Applicant Data Form for Regular Posts of (BPS-7) to (BPS- 17) available on PEDO Website i.e. htte://pedo.ph/Main/downloads.

• Candidates will be conditionally permissible to seem in the ETEA test. However full scrutiny will be approved by the appointing authority and if any applicant is initiated for ineligibility in any respect at any stage of the recruitment procedure he/she will be disqualified by the appointing Power.   

• Applicants must be eligible in all respect by the last date of receiving the submission.

• Applicants aiming to apply for more than one vacant post shall apply individually for each vacant post.

• In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

• Minimum Passing / Qualifying Marks shall be 50%.

• Relaxation in the upper age limit will be accepted as per arranged rule of the KPK government.

• Relevant experience with the Government/Semi-Government of Reputable Private Sector organizations will be considered and relevant experience of a similar industry/Organization will be given preference.

• Only eligible/shortlisted applicants will be called for Interviews. Shortlisting and selection shall be carried out ‘on the basis of selection criteria duly approved by the PEDO Board and Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview based on their aggregate score.

• Government/Semi-Government employees shall send their applications through the proper channel and will have to produce NOC at the time of the interview.

• Selection of Contractual, Project, post/posts and regular employees already working in PEDO shall be subject to No. Objection Certificate from CEO PEDO.

• Required Typing and Shorthand test for the post / posts of Private Secretary and stenographer shall be taken by ETEA of the qualified candidates after the result declaration and before the process of Shortlisting and interview.

• PEDO has the right to increase or decrease the number of vacant posts or cancel any / all posts at any time during the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

• Females are strongly encouraged to apply and their quota shall also be observed as per rules.

How to Apply:

1. Interested candidates may first visit ETEA Website (www.etea.edu.pk) and apply for the post/posts online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a presented UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project Code, and applicant personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a print of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable} in any branch of UBL Bank of at UBL OMNI agent or easy paisa app or agent.
4. After Successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (Candidate Copy) having Bank desired stamp with you and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office before test at this stage. Required documents/testimonials will, however, be provided by those candidates only who qualify the screening test (50% or above score) as and when required by ETEA or appointing authority (PEDO) for scrutiny and further process as per the Post Test Instructions mentioned below.
6. Online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from16 March 2022.
7. Last date to apply Online is 7th April 2022.
8. Applicants will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Sips from www.etea.edu.pk.
9. Applicants are advised to not give ported/converted mobile number.
10. Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
11. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening tests through postal/courier means.

NOTE/IMPORTANT:

• Read all the instructions carefully before submission of an application form online.

• The deposited slip of fee shall be verified by the ETEA at any stage. If the payment is not verified, your application shall be rejected.

• Fee deposited on CNIC other than applicant shall not be acceptable.

• Irrelevant qualifications and experience will not be considered/counted.

• Do not share Bank printed slip of the deposited fee with anyone and keep it safe with yourself.

• Applicants who do not give the correct information at the time of submission of the online application form will not be rejected only, but strict action will be taken against them.
